As with any company, it can be hard to keep an eye on sales since sales data is usually aggregated by many different services with no ability to have quick insights and have all data in one place especially if you go mobile.
To improve sales, companies should know how Sales Managers conduct conversations with customer and how business opporates in general.
Microsoft Corporation has implemented Dynamics 365 AI for Sales to deliver out-of-box insights by unifying data and infusing it with advanced intelligence to guide decisions and empower organizations to take informed actions.
Dynamics 365 AI for Sales consists two sub-applications:
- Sales Application
- Call Intelligence
Sales Application helps sales teams drive revenue by providing insights based on data from Dynamics 365 and Office.
Call Intelligence helps sales teams analyze calls by providing insights and details for each call. It allows to get sentiment for each call and get the main keywords that clients told during a call with sales manager.
Solution
Akvelon worked in touch with UI/UX designers and PMs to understand the business need and decompose into user stories to help engineering team better understand business requirements.
Akvelon was brought in as the partner to transform PoC into production ready solution that can be used by companies around the world.
Benefits and Results
Akvelon developed UI for both Sales Application and Call Intelligence and implemented on-boarding process to bring new users. Our team also solved major accessibility issues to make application accessible for everybody.
We also developed integration tests that we run for each deployment into test environment and every 20 minutes for production environment to make sure no breaking changes hit production.
Our current goal is to update UI according to the new Design in Figma and make both sub-applications accessible for everyone.
