We are excited to announce that Akvelon has made Comparably’s Top 50 list for “Best Company Culture” and “Best Company for Diversity” in the United States, as reported by USA Today. Earlier this year, we were also fortunate enough to have made the “Top 15 Best Companies in Seattle” and our CEO, Sergei Dreizin, made the “Top 15 Best CEOs in Seattle” list.
Comparably’s CEO on making Best Company Culture:
“Winning Comparably’s Best Company Culture award is an exceptional achievement, highlighting the absolute best places to work in the United States as rated by their own employees,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “These employers received the highest ratings from their teams across every facet of work, from leadership and office environment to compensation and company outlook”.
Comparably’s CEO on making Best Company for Diversity:
“Businesses are better for being diverse and reflecting the communities they serve,” said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. “Comparably’s Best Companies for Diversity are organizations that have been given the highest ranking of approval by their employees of color. Their focus on inclusion and diversity of varying ethnicities are clear examples of progress in the workplace”.
We are honored to be mentioned alongside companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Starbucks and we have our employees to thank for getting us here. Our team works around the clock to not only make our business successful but our employees and peers successful as well. Thank you for showing us that hard work truly does pay off.
According to USA Today, these selections were made based off of employee ratings and reviews. “The winners were determined based on a series of 50 questions across nearly 20 metrics. Workers voted on how they viewed topics such as work-life balance, compensation and future outlook of the business at their place of employment” (Dalvin Brown, USA Today).
