Business Need
Akvelon saw a need for a system that could detect the presence/absence of employees in the office for better office organization.
Solution
Our team created: the Prism Project, a system used to control presence / absence of employees in the office/office area. The project generates and analyzes time reports for selected period for every person / group of people / project teams, and provides information for overwork and week-end work of employees, contains all contacts information.
This project also included a “Device wall” application which allows control of all corporate mobile devices in the office and manages device assignment to a certain person or team and generates statistics for device utilization.
