At the beginning of November, our Akvelon team members had the opportunity to attend the YappiDays conference in Yaroslavl. With over 400 participants, YappiDays is the biggest event for developers in the Yaroslavl region.
This conference served as a networking opportunity and also gave tech experts the chance to present on a wide range of topics. Topics for this conference included: Machine Learning, Open Source software, Kubernetes and Microservices, performance in Java and .NET applications, Information Security, and much more.
Akvelon was a Gold Partner for YappiDays, hosting an interactive booth and a VR/AR play zone that was a huge hit for conference attendees. Akvelon developers also created a telegram bot that programmed quizzes for booth visitors to take, and 5 lucky winners were selected at the end of the conference. Akvelon played a big part in boosting this event due to our deep roots in the developer community and our ties to YappiDays.
We would also like to give a special shout out to our very own Sergey Shakhnazarov who presented his piano training program to conference attendees. Sergey is pictured above demonstrating his program. Way to represent Akvelon, Sergey!
